Mr. Xavier Justice is from Washington, D.C. He served honorably in the United States Army at 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Xavier is an ordained minister with over thirty years of experience in various ministry capacities.
Mr. Justice holds a Master of Arts in Christian Counseling (licensure track) and is presently matriculating in the Doctor of Education in Community Care and Counseling degree with a cognate in traumatology. He also holds a Certificate in Theology and Ministry from Princeton Theological Seminary, the Pastoral Care Specialist certificate from Yale New Haven, and a Higher Education Teaching Certificate from Harvard University.
Mr. Justice is a clinical chaplain supervisor and an educator in clinical pastoral education with the Institute for Clinical Pastoral Training (ICPT). Xavier is an advanced practice board-certified chaplain with the Spiritual Care Association (SCA), and a trainer in the Interprofessional Spiritual Care Education Curriculum (ISPEC) at George Washington University.
Mr. Justice holds state-level certifications as a community health worker and a community health worker instructor. He also serves on the executive board of the D.C. Community Health Workers Association.
Mr. Justice holds national certification and state-level recognition as a certified psychiatric rehabilitation practitioner and educator.
Additionally, Mr. Justice is a national Mental Health First Aid instructor with the National Council for Behavioral Health. He also holds international, national, state, and city certifications in mental health and substance peer support and recovery, and as a supervisor, from the International Certification & Reciprocity Consortium (IC&RC), National Association for Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC), Maryland Addiction and Behavioral-health Professionals Certification Board (MAPCB) and the District of Columbia Addiction Professional Consortium (DCAPC). Mr. Justice is certified nationally as a recovery coach professional with the Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery (CCAR). He is also certified as a Mental Health Recovery and WRAP facilitator with the Copeland Center, and an Emotional CPR practitioner with the National Empowerment Center. Mr. Justice is a contributing editor with Traumatology: the APA Journal for the Green Cross Academy of Traumatology, and the Practitioner Scholar: Journal of the International Trauma Training Institute. He is also a research clinician at the Kinsey Institute Traumatic Stress Research Consortium.
Mr. Justice is a national Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) trainer with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and a member, trainer, and subject matter expert in trauma and disaster psychology of the Washington, D.C. CERT team.
Mr. Justice is certified as a master clinical traumatologist (MCT) with the Green Cross Academy of Traumatology. He is a certified trauma treatment specialist (CTTS) with the Association of Traumatic Stress Specialists. He also achieved certification in critical incident stress management (CCISM) with the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF) and the University of Maryland. Xavier is an ACE Interface master trainer and educator in the 3 Realms of ACEs (adverse childhood experiences, adverse community environments, and adverse climate events). Xavier holds the Crisis, Trauma, and First Response Certificate for Chaplains from the Spiritual Care Association and is listed with the SCA as a First Responder Chaplain.
Finally, Mr. Justice is a diplomate with the American Association of Pastoral Counselors, a psychotherapist with the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education, a certified group psychotherapist-supervisor with the American Group Psychotherapist Association, and a recognized Brain Health Coach with the national Dr. Daniel Amen Clinics.

We are implementing the NuStream Education Training Program for the Nehemiah Project to train Returning Citizens as labourers, machinists, technicians in audio visual and IT services and construction for bus shelter construction. Our goal is to create a pipeline for trained workforce that can be duplicated in key regions as we roll out our products and services throughout the country. Our unique approach determines the natural propensity of the individual and design the job and skills training to accommodate their abilities. Living wage compensation rate of $18
